Priced by the requests you handle. Every type counts the same.
One annual licence covers tenant subject access requests, staff requests, STAIRs, FOI and EIR. You pick the band that matches your volume across all of them. Setup is priced on the connectors you need.

Every band includes all request types, unlimited officers, support, updates and the annual penetration test report. If you move up a band during the year, you pay the difference from that point. No per-request fees inside your band.
Setup
From £10,000. Deployment into your Azure tenancy, register migration, officer and DPO training, and a parallel run on live requests before go-live. The price depends on how many connectors you need: housing management system, HR, Microsoft 365 and any others you run. We quote the figure before you sign.
What is not included
VAT, which is added to all prices. Azure consumption in your own subscription, which you pay Microsoft directly.
