Your records live in a housing management system, HR and payroll systems, and a Microsoft estate. Connectors read them where they sit. Nothing is copied into a second system of record, and nothing changes in the systems your teams use every day.
Housing management
- NEC Housing. Tenancy, property, repairs, ASB and complaints records, read by tenancy and person reference.
- Civica Cx. Customer, tenancy, case and contact records, read by customer reference.
- MRI Housing. Tenancy, property and case records across the MRI housing product line.
Microsoft 365
Exchange mailboxes, SharePoint sites, OneDrive and Teams, searched with the Microsoft Graph and Purview search under your tenancy's own permissions. Nothing is indexed outside your tenancy.
HR and payroll
Staff requests run through the HR record as well as the inbox. Personnel files, absence and performance records, grievance and disciplinary case files, and payroll history.
- iTrent (MHR). Personnel, absence, performance and payroll records, read by employee number.
- Cascade (IRIS). Personnel and case records, read by employee reference.
- Ciphr. Personnel and document records, read by employee reference.
- Sage People. Personnel and case records, read by employee reference.
Other HR platforms, including Workday, Oracle HCM and Access PeopleHR, are connected during onboarding.
Other sources
Repairs and contractor platforms (Totalmobile, Kirona, contractor portals). Complaints and ASB case management where it sits outside the housing system. Call recording and contact centre platforms.
