The standard we follow
We design and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA, the current standard.
What you can do on this site
You should be able to:
- zoom up to 400% without text spilling off the screen or content being lost
- navigate the whole site using only a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator at every step
- skip straight to the main content from the top of every page
- use the site with a screen reader, including the deadline calculator and the cookie settings
- use the site with animations reduced, if your device asks for that
- read text with a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background
Compliance status
We believe this site meets WCAG 2.2 level AA. To meet the contrast requirements, we use a darker version of the Strata AI brand orange for text, links and focus indicators, and dark text on orange buttons.
Known limitations
We are not aware of any content that fails WCAG 2.2 AA. Linked sites, such as wearestrata.ai, the ICO and gov.uk, have their own accessibility statements.
Reporting a problem or asking for another format
If you find a problem we have not listed, or need information from this site in a different format, write to WeAreStrata Limited, 4 Usk Vale Court, Pontypool, NP4 8AS, or use the contact details at wearestrata.ai. Tell us the page address and what went wrong. We aim to reply within five working days.
How we tested
The site was tested on 2 October 2026 using automated checks with axe-core against WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules, and manual checks of keyboard navigation, focus order, colour contrast, reflow at 320 pixels wide and zoom. We test again whenever we make a significant change.
